I think Provo is on a higher trajectory than Rios, losing 2 fights consecutively and pissing hot shouldn't get u a high profile fight.

He doesn't deserve any big/serious fight. However, money talks and this fight will most definitely draw serious crowds based on their fighting styles. Provodnikov already said before Rios fought Pacquiao that he's willing to fight the winner or loser of that fight.

 

I think Ruslan is better from outside and midrange, but Rios is better up close where this fight will take place all fight long.

Ruslan is better at tracking a fighter down and throwing on the move and at a moving target, but Rios is going to be right there in front of him.
