I'd watch it for thedrama alone. These guys have so much beef, legitimate or not, and I'd love to see it settled in the ring. Unfortunately, Ortiz just doesn't seem to be hungry anymore.

ortiz's lack of heart is something else he would fold under the pressure of a rios style fighter.. but if he got his head right and back in the game i really think he could beat rios (mainly because he is an established 147 fighter)

Can't post a link, but Ortiz replied to Rios call out by saying "@brandonrios has always been my punching bag since we were kids, where is the contract!"

Hope it happens, though I think Ortiz is a bum I still think he gives Rios a good fight if he puts any effort. Rios is severely overrtad by op (your hyping just because Rios was beat by PAC)

Interesting fight because of the history. Ortiz showed a lot of heart against Berto he'd have to do that again to beat Rios. As it stands though I make Rios the favourite because he will show that much grit and is improving. This may be the right opponent to bring it out of Ortiz.

Haymon manages Ortiz though so can't see it happening. m

Brandon Rios has a simplistic style, come foward, lets bang.
Somebody like that could make a fighter like Ortiz with some sensible talent, shine.

Any of the fighters that have beaten Ortiz I think beat Rios quite easily.
