Yeah, **** a weight limit. There's no good reason to have those or to have weights agreed upon in fight contracts. I mean, yeah, this guy's a junior welter, but he should still be allowed to fight at bantamweight because he'll at least appear to try to make 118. :nut

I'm speaking from a practical standpoint. You tell me what the benefit would've been for him to kill himself to lose those extra 2 lbs. Everyone said he looked drained at the weigh in and that he looked lethargic during the fight. So it's pretty clear that he tried to lose the weight. He would've done more harm than good by killing himself the day before the fight to try to lose those 2 lbs.

:blood He missed weight the first time. He had not been able to lose the last two pounds all day. As soon as he weighed in heavy he immediately started to rehydrate. The second weigh in was a formality. How ia that cheating? It is funny to me that in his last fight Eric Morales did't even try to make weight. He left the scale and started drinking water. People called him a "G"

Rios and his team didn't give a **** about losing the peanut like purse he recieved for Abril...their plan was to come in with a weight advantage against a pretty small LW, beat the **** out of him and secure a massive payday against Marquez.

    Didn't quite work out

He agreed to come in at 135 after failing to make the weight against Murray and once again he failed to make the weight only to weigh in two pounds heavier on his second attempt. He's a liar and a ****ing cheat. Case closed.
