I like Bam Bam, but nothing in his boxing repertoire would lead me to think he has a chance of winning. I admit I did not watch his last fight, though. I heard he has a new trainer, and I don't know what his new style is like.
What I do know is that Crispy is overall better. Jab, speed, power, and a comparable or better set of whiskers. Big step up for Rios.

 

Rios was a one dimensional brawler and a weight bully who came in fat for a paycheck and quit versus Bradley then retired. He will not be successful in his comeback.
