Dude is fun to watch, that's for sure. It's a shame all the talk is about Williams/Lara. Rios should be getting his due today.

    PS-I think he is a ***** too.

I like Rios, I think hes getting a tad overrated right now on here, but I guess thats just part of the sport, Im not saying thats a bad thing either. Nothing wrong with getting a good hype train going when a fighter shows up to fight like Rios does and puts in these kind of performences. Good stuff.

Ill be looking for him to rule 135 for as long as he stays there.

And trust me, he will beat JMM should they fight soon.

For once I agree with you sir, Rios is that dude right now. I understand there are things "he could/should do better", but what he does do is plenty for the moment. It's become cliche' to say a fighter has "heavy hands", but Rios legitimately has heavy hands. He doesn't have the Berto type power that's generated through hand speed, he's just got heavy ass hands and knows where to put them and how to get them there.

Rios is a damn freight train. tank @ 135lbs. stupid to fight him forehead to forehead, toe to toe. A boxer puncher with lateral movement and ridiculous durability would be able to beat him.

Valero and Rios would have been one of the best fights ever.
