Agreed. I don't get why Peterson chose to slug it out with a guy who he could seemingly outbox if he could control the distance. Either way, it was a fun fight to watch until he started playing target practice with Rios' onions.

Rios looks like he could do some real good things. I look forward to seeing him fight some more. There are some wars in this guys future.

If katsidis picks him, he picked the wrong Tiger to **** with:yep Im making an early prediction here ESB:yep RIos will **** up Katsidis. He has the perfect style and combinations to pick apart Kats. Rios seems to have the chin to withstand Kats fire:yep Marquez seems to be able to pick apart Rios but i think the kid is gonna improve and it might just be case of int with the new and out with the old. I know it sounds Cliche but i can see Rios pullin it out against a faded(well see) Marquez.

Peterson is a decent fightr who was protected by HBO
thinking he could be their next cash cow. I don't see him as nothing else. Of course that doesn't mean him or Rios can't become superstars. But Right now they are decent fighters. It will depend on their dedication to training and how much can their trainer teach them

Yeah this kid shows real potential and plenty of heart. After that **** Ortiz pulled, lets just say I've got my hopes up again after seeing Rios. Not to critique his great performance, I would just like to see him come in behind the jab a little more.

It could have something to do with Victor Ortiz turning his back on Roberto Garcia, after Garcia took him under his wing and even allowed him to live with him.

He looked good... And damn it looked like that dude can really crack....

But, i still felt Peterson gave him that opportunity and he worked off that... If Peterson boxed all night would it have ended different? Not sure.. I definitely want to see him again and it aint like 135 is stacked so he's got plenty of time to mature and improve..

I've following Rio's career for over a while now and though I like his style inside the ring, he should tone it down outside. He's talking too much garbage.
