Brandon Rios says Gamboa would crap his pants if he saw him..

Gamboa did sign the contract. He just doesn't like the contract he signed. It will cost him big time to back out of this contract. He is basically saying, "I signed it but I didn't know what it said when I signed it".

 

Very few fighters are bold enough to back out of a contract if he did indeed sign. I bet he saw what everyone was getting from his purse, saw his pocket change, and realized that the reward does not equal the risk.

 

Top Rank has already spent over $100K promoting this fight. They would not do this if they did not have a signed contract. Rios signed a contract that had Gamboa's signature already on it. End of story.

 

I can't believe people are defending Gamboa. Nearly 5,000 bought tickets and thought they were seeing Rios versus Gamboa. Gamboa is ****ed come fight night (if he shows) or if this goes to trial.

 

It basically comes down to Gamboa going back on his word.

Proof, because when you talk **** like that you need to back it up.

 

I don't have a copy of the contract to post so I cannot prove it. I only have private text messages, which are, well private. Top Rank is going to make a statement soon so we will see.

 

Ah well.At least we can rely on that pillar of honesty and integrity to clear the matter up.

 

Gamboa just tweeted that the fight is on. It appears whatever the contract dispute was it has been cleared up. I have always found the people at Top Rank to be honest and above board.

 

If the fight gets made, I'm going to ask the people of all cultures around the world that they pray to their God to give Gamboa the power to beat the living hell out of this Rios joker.

Rios knows this is his ticket to being a star and a great payday if he faces Gamboa. Rios being so overconfident and thinking hes so much bigger than Gamboa in size could become a problem if he is underestimating Gamboa so much especially his power and speed and ring intelligence. Gamboa has plenty of experience in the ring and Rios should be aware of that.
