The only unbeaten guy I'd give Kat a decent shot at beating is John Murray.

Rios would slaughter Kat and Murray on the same night though.

i dont know if someone notice this but rios is huge during fightnight, kat may hang and trade for a few rounds, but rios would overpower him in the later rounds...

    Rios in 8th rnd!!!

Katsidis lets it all out after a tentative period of about 30 seconds and provides an action-packed and highly entertaining fight for maybe three rounds.

Then he gets knocked out by Rios.

Wasn't Kats a pretty big underdog against Mitchell?

I'm not saying Mitchell is anything like Rios, just saying Kats has won some fights people didn't expect him too.

Me personally, I don't think Kats is anything other than what he is, a limited brawler, with a solid punch, good stamina, will, and heart. That alone will keep this one interesting at least for longer than 3 rounds.

But Rios is huge come fight night, and also has what I mentioned above, so I feel the size and power will just be too much in the end.

    But I hope otherwise :deal

    Rios is proven, unlike Mitchell.

Kat is a proven loser against top fighters. Rios IS a top fighter.

Mitchell isnt any better than Domestic level.

    Oh my.

Imagine Mick pulling that same **** he did against Guerrero, screaming
"WHADDA YOU LOOKIN' AT???!!!" before the opening bell to start the 1st round? :yep

Rios would be looking at a tattooed corpse before the bell to signal the end of that round.

I thought the whatr you lookin at thing was a bit embarrasing for Kats honestly

I just hope he can give a good account of himself if this one did actually come off.

It would be a fun fight. This would have the potential to be a Corrales-Castillo type fight. Katsidis is better than Antillon and would last longer, but probably gets stopped as Rios is the far fresher fighter of the two.

It has nothing to do with Rios being the "fresher" fighter.

Rios is just a much BETTER fighter.

Well Katsidis has typically lost to counter punchers like Casamayor and Marquez

but lost to a bull like Juan Diaz but Diaz actually prevailed by being able to be the slightly better boxer

Rios is still proving himself and Katsidis is proven this fight will prove a lot

Mitchell wasn't proven, that can go both ways, he wasn't proven that good, but he wasn't proven that bad, he was only proven to not be ready for Katsidis' absolute aggression, and it was a good win for Mike.

Katsidis has yet to lose to someone that isn't respectable, so chill with implying he is garbage.

You're far too aggresive with the "Katsidis is a over rated loser" talk for too many to take you seriously, but I'm sure you know, and dont care.
