Some of the things he said: * Broke his hand on very first punch in the fight. * Begging Joe Silva for a rematch. * Hopes Tim DOES NOT get a title shot. * Says Tim is a "boring ass fighter" and he doesn't respect Tim's game plans. * Will not drop to LHW. * Repeatedly asked "Did Tim whoop my ass?" * TJ and Quadros tried to explain to him he was out muscled in the clinch. * He is delusional and disagrees. * Says he WILL drop to LHW as soon as he gets the HW belt
No, Sylvia is a real threat at HW in any organization, not recognizing that is letting personal dislike for the guy skew judgement of his accomplishments.
Sylvia is one of the most underrated fighters in the world right now, let alone at HW. He knows how to win.
vera = delusional he'll fight one or two HWs and go down to LHW for sure after he takes a real beating from someone i'd like to see him fight Forrest or maybe Jardine (war of the leg kicks)
Sylvia is hard to beat with regular plans. Simple as that. Just like Valuev in boxing. You need a smart plan to beat him and than he will crumble.
everytime silvia was losing, he pushed and held vera against the fence. he won fair and square. blame the ufc rules, not tim. hes gotta do what hes gotta do. in pride he woulda lost me thinks.
