Why do people say brawlers have more heart than boxers? Just because a fighter took the time to learn defensive skills, doesn't mean they lack heart.

You usually don't learn skils, you are born with them, brawlers are the ones who aren't born with them and compensate by having a lot more heart but there are exceptions.

I agree too I think it takes more skill to learn all the aspects instead of just brawling.

Because Brawlers due to their sometimes inability to defend themselves, have to overcome adversity much more often than Boxers on average.

Guys who get hit more, and brawling means you're more likely to get hit, usually just have to prove their heart more.
