yeah but you can say it goes both ways. up until now, the best counter puncher pac has fought was marquez and he gave pac all kinds of problems and nearly beat him twice. marquez is a great counter puncher, mayweather is an even better one. if biggest problem that pac is gonna cause pbf is workrate. pbf dosnet throw alot so he can be out worked and pac is always a busy fighter.

you have to wait and see, so far everytime mayweathert got hurt, he has been able to keep feal with it. you remember how much pain he was in vs. catillo in their first fight. you can lean toward him being able to get himself out of trouble but who knows, just like when marquez had pac hurt, what do u think happens if mayweather hurts pac like that? chances are he survvives but only one way to find out for sure.

No **** what the clip didn't show was PBf dominating the rest of the round and dropping Chop chop in that same round. It's also hilarious that this is the most hurt if you want to call it that of PBF has ever been in the ring. I could make a clip Pac struggling against an elite counter-puncher in JMM and making him look horrible.

it is over played and look.... the corley thing isnt even corley capitolizing off a weakness in floyds defense... it was just a perfectly timed punch that caught floyd on the way in....

and the zab shot ... floyd had his earmuffs on and zab slipped a punch right in between.... i mean they were circumstances that would only happen per fight.... when i say that... i mean that its not a trend or something you can watch & study to take advantage off..they were only situational ... not resembling a pattern

floyd is smart as **** when he gets hurt.... against zab & corley he does the same ****.... falls into a shell just like winky wright..... *curls his body up.. puts up his earmuffs so you cant hit him with anything to outrageous* after he falls into that shell he gradually takes steps back into the ropes and his opponents natural reaction will be to unload.... after his back is on the ropes and his opponent lets a couple go floyd picks the perfect time to clinch by the time the clinch is up he usually regains his senses.... and im sure if he got hurt bad he woudl repeat the same thing.....

    Have you seen the fight?

Judah rocked Mayweather with a laser left hand, and had him on the ropes in a very similiar scenario.

I agree with this, although that's pretty clear for anyone who has seen the fight. Making Mayweather look bad didn't seem to be the point - but it's important that you mention Floyd's comeback in that round, because there's a shitload of people out there who swear Floyd has never had to deal with any sort of adversity, and he showed tremendous heart and composure in that round.

I agree. Good post. People underestimate Floyd's toughness and resiliance. He has the heart of a fighter. That's probably one of the most underestimated/slept on things about him.

zab & floyd... happening to punch floyd they way they did....

are like when allen iverson crossed jordan.... or better yet... when that random peurto rican guy crossed the **** out of kobe and hit a shot on him

    [yt]Pj28VvPsjHk[/yt]

matter of fact this is a perfect example..... great defender one of the best defenders in the game... verse some random bum... the score is like 40-83 and the one cross over would never happen under regular circumstances but it happened and really didnt have a big deal..... and really doesnt shed any light on how to get advantage of kobe offensively

What would you say if Mayweather actually was knocked out cold by Pacquiao, I mean would you give Pacquiao his props or would you look to find excuses like floyds defense didn't work lol or Floyd allowed this to happen, etc etc, I am giving you random excuses because it just seems that nobody would actually give Pac any props seeing as everyone wants to ride up on Mayweathers nuts

Nah, now I'd say you're completely overlooking the "coincidence" that Zab Judah and DeMarcus Corley are both left handed and are the only guys to have had Mayweather somewhat seriously hurt. Also, Zab was completely having his way with Floyd, entirely, for the first 3 or 4 rounds while still focused, and Corley landed hard clean punches on Mayweather throughout that fight. IMCV, there is nothing whatsoever random about it. But that's me just being objective.

depends... i mean manny ko'ing pacman cold was impressive... but wouldnt happen 10 times out of 10.. margarito methodically breaking down or wlad ko'ing someone is more of a 10 out of 10 thing

yo the focus thing is unfair to floyd... when your getting beat up its hard to stay focused.... floyd made zab fight different... zab didnt just mysteriously start being awful... i dont care what floyd says from his own mouth... in teh words of tyson "every one has a game plan until they get punched in the face"

the clottey fight.... i only seen it once... i need to run it back

True to some extent, but Judah has a bit of a history of that sort of thing, and that also can't be ignored.
