simple, do not eat anything with in an hour of any exercise or trainings, the body diverts a large volume of your blood to the stomach area and muscles to perform the digestions, during this time, other areas do not get all the blood that is needed due to this function,

Even better don't eat at least 2 hours before doing exercises (running/weightlifting, etc). I can't run or exercise well if I ate just before the training.
If you want to lose weight don't eat at all if you are going to run in the morning, just drink something and start running.

Are you a anorexic teenage girl......No.

So don't act like one, that's everybody here reading this who eats a crums for breakfast.

I cannot stress how important it is to have a good diet.......breakfast is the most important meal of the day.....never ever skip it. When you wake up in the morning on average lets say you have been asleep for 7-8 hours.

First thing in the morning your going to have to replenish, what your body wants. Thats mainely Carboyhrdates......because this is the energy you are using to get through your day and more importantly yourt workouts, and you need to have some Protien.

    Eat Oatmeal
    Fruit
    Cereals
    And plenty of water.

I do my running and boxing before breakfast. I can't make myself get up early enough to eat something 2 hours beforehand. You do get used to it. A good healthy meal the evening before helps.

I'm not exactly anorexic by the way (215).

Something kinda interestig about running on an empty stomach. Since you have no carb fuel to burn on an empty stomach, you will burn more fat calories, but because you're trying to burn fat calories rather than quicker absorbed carb calories, your running won't be as strong and you won't get as much out of the run. Besides, when you do this, you rmetabolism slows down because your body senses that it's "fasting." Meaning that when you finally eat, the meal won't be burned off as efficiently. So you're actually burning fewer calories overall by not having a small little something before the run.

Everybody has something that works for them, though.

All you are doing is eating less calories.

True. It will have to settle for a close second then. :D

Drenching your face in alcohol so it becomes hard comes in for first.
