Breakfast

    Started having steaks and other meats for breakfast, feel really good. No bread or grains.

    caveman diet where you only eat what a caveman had access too or things made with ingrediants that existed back then e.g only fruits, veg, nuts eggs, meats etc. No dairy, grains etc. Tried it but not for me

    That's a great way to get constipated and clog up your colon. Let me know how it goes... Actually dont....

    After my road work, porridge made with skimmed milk and plenty of almonds, herbal tea, I like Cinnamon or Jasmine, and one boiled egg.
