I don't see a mares KO here, but a penalosa by KO is more likely,. penalosa even at his age is a disciplined fighter unlike pac who has other extra curricular activities. And he can take the best punches in his weight even at this age, fought the full 12 with de leon and with gonzales who are very good punchers at 122.

anyway this would be close..
