Anyone giving an adverse test result or a test result showing a listed banned substance, should be banned and heavily fined the testing bodies are clearly lacking the funding to enforce regulations, see tyson fury. Worrying to say the least.

It's likely he used it after using cocaine, but the substance itself is not prohibited out of competition - there would be no need to lie about how he used it, even if he was using it for weight-cutting. As for cocaine - what he does out of competition is his business, as far as I'm concerned.

It can be, alongside the nasal spray thing (which I believe), his friends, the comments he just got fined for etc, it would all add-up to that being the case for me. But, again, I wouldn't see that as a big deal.

    Thanks, dilemmas eh.

Get busted for coke or for PED's. Given his recent behaviour, the latter would possibly seem the lesser of two evils.

It's plausible denial. Most OTC and prescription nasal sprays are stimulant/vasoconstrictiors - that's how they stop a nose being bunged up.

And anybody unfortunate enough to live in the UK has a headcold around 329 days per year, because it's a damp, gloomy hellhole.

    Lets see.

Note that Frank talks about WADA, but this is a *VADA* finding, where the substance is flat prohibited. It has not known usage in the United States, which might explain the discrepancy, but as the fight is scheduled for Boston I'm not sure this is as simple as Frank claims it is.

It's in the meat. Animal rights fanatics sneak up on cattle and administer nasal decongestants to ease their bovine sniffles, that works it's way into the food chain and bobs your uncle.

    Mexico has contaminated cows.
The UK has contaminated boars and nasal sprays.
Russians all had heart conditions prior to 2015.
And the US has a lot of top athletes with low testosterone.

    Hard work, medication! :ggg
