He should take a tune up in his next fight he's coming off back to back ko losses. After that fight Zhang or hrgovic.
He gets a lot of stick for his obvious technical flaws. However, nobody questions his power and his heart Other than Usyk and Fury if he returns, I can see Wilder knocking out the rest of the bunch He might have been overrated by a few fan boys, but he is mega underrated by the majority
I mean, it’s almost guaranteed… Usyk packing nothing but China in his mandible and Fury packing A Grade granite. Right? Spilzka and Washington are much better fighters than Usyk too… Wait.
They say if you do what you love you'll never work a day in your life. Been dryhumping midgets every day since I heard that, ain't made a dollar or a dime but been fed well, lots of mac and cheese, tuna helper, popsicles. Never expect regular people money as a midget gigolo. Just appreciate what you get and live off of it like living off the land.
He wouldn't land on Usyk who unlike Fury is in shape and can be mobile for 12 rounds as well as more skilled. Usyk would clown Wilder.
I am astonished to see people here think Wilder could beat HWs like Parker, etc. Wilder is constantly off-balance and ungainly. Parker takes him OUT.
Realistic- Ortiz III, Stiverne III, Mike Hunter (now that he is clearly not the downside), Oscar Rivas...
Accept that Joshua couldn't, Joyce couldn't, Gassiev couldn't, and there is no evidence whatsoever that Wilder, who is sa can crusher, hits significantly harder.
He needs to do a rebuild fight but the WBC seems adamant he's fighting for their full title next so I would hate to see the division held up (or for his rebuild fight to be for the title). Whyte would be a cool opponent and it would fit into the justification of having the most recent beltholder before Fury immediately fight for the belt. Bring in the most recent mandatory too! Both would be entertaining fights where no one could really be sure of the outcome, but there is so much stacked against them happening. Cross promotion, cross the ocean, etc.
Good - always thought he had a swan song left in him and why wouldn't you want to watch. Great power, can be dropped and stopped himself and a character to boot. I'd envisage a tune up then maybe a serious test after this and see where it takes him. He won't have long left IMO, 2-3 fights maximum. But he's a welcome addition to the scene again so I'm looking forward to see how he can come back from the Fury losses.
