All the other BS aside. Did Fury flake out on the contract? Is what Wilder said true? If so, stop talking **** and place criticism where it belongs. Fury needs to honor the contract. It's a very bad look if he doesn't. Should be easy money.

And you quoted as if Loma himself had gone and made excuses. Why make things up?

What´s wrong with his team reporting that he underwent a surgery post fight?

its not hard when you think about it,

guy convinces himself he is the greatest ever, better than all the past and current greats never having fought them,,,

guy gets beat by the first current elite guy he steps up against,,,,

guy cant accept it as it would mean accepting that he had been ACTING like a GOAT for years without ever having beaten the top guys in his time let alone past times,

the only way for him to remain the person he believed he was prior to his beating is for him to believe any and all the excuses as that allows him a emotional loophole he can use to keep deceiving himself,

    tricky fella,

I would diagnose him with cognitive dissonance, which is a condition where your ideas and beliefs don’t align.

Deontay Wilder knows he is the bronze bomber, a monster heavyweight champion who can’t be beaten. A man who knows, in his mind, that he can beat anyone and no one beats him. He just has to be perfect for two seconds as he is so fond of saying.

Deontay also knows he got beaten. He lost, poorly.

These two opposing ideas or beliefs cause feelings of unease and tension, and people attempt to relieve this discomfort in different ways. In Deontay’s case his mind chose a false narrative where he was somehow “cheated” to dismiss the idea he doesn’t like. Him losing.

The thing all psychologists look for in cases like this is time and changes to the narrative. The more time it takes to generate the narrative the more likely its false. First false narrative was the costume. Second was the Gloves pulled in an awkward way so Fury’s fist did more damage. The third false narrative was loaded gloves.

He needs to talk to a professional who can bring him back before he suffers a mental break.

I wonder why Wilder isn't pursuing legal advice. Some serious allegations being thrown about all based off supposed video evidence. Should be an easy case to win but he's just letting Fury get away with it.

I asked if it was true. If it is, then Fury should be criticized for flaking out. Yeah boxers and their teams make up stuff all the time. Nothing new.

Fury defenitly had his left hand out of the glove in the first fight...but for the second fight its very hard to prove he had tempered gloves i watched the fight multiple times and cant see anything wrong

It's his team. I'm pretty sure if he didn't want that story told, he could have kept it under wrap, especially if it's not true.

Tyson must be beyond slick. you had Wilder's corner looking on, Commissioner looking on and waiting for the gloves to go on so they can tape and mark it. Yet someone how he got a horse shoe in there. That is one slick Gypsy

If there is a contractual obligation then Fury has no say either way. That's kind of the point of a contract.
So if Wilder wants it he can have it, assuming he has the backing of a contract.
The problem is he did, but instead of talking BS like he is now and chasing the fight he chose to twerk. Now that contract has expired and all of a sudden his balls re-emerge.

This is all very simple if your brain functions on even a rudimentary level.

EDIT: Just spotted your username. Makes sense.

Agree. He was silent and has been silent until the contract ran out.

IF fury cheated in the second fight he didnt put something in his gloves he just had horse hair gloves and manage to move the hair inside to reduce pading and expose the knuckle...hard to prove almost a year later lol if wilder was suspicious should have got the glove examined after the fight now its too late.
