Breaking Down the "Shoulder Roll"...How do you do it???

    x2. Also the posters who said quick left hooks are also a good weapon to deal with someone who rolls (parry) with their shoulder. The left hook forces them to have to duck. If you can set up something to catch them coming back up from the duck, may be useful.

    It really all depends on who is using it. If they suck at it... i wouldn't put too much though into it. They will sink their own ship.

    Not many fighters can effective use the "Shoulder Roll" (Philly Shell stance). It requires a lot of patience and timing that most people just do not have.

    He is not a fool. When pressing forward, Philly shell is at its weakest.
