Tell me, was Rocky Marciano or was he not the heavyweight champion of the world? Is he or is he not still rated by EVERY historian or expert today as a heavyweight champion? And I'm so glad you brought a court of law into this little conversation. You have obviously never heard of a grandfather clause. Maybe you should look it up. After you have and still want to argue I can bring dozens of examples to the table to refute any argument you try to make. Cross era comparison is useless because its all guesswork, nothing is fact. As far as the cruiser weight division goes...Than why haven't they created a division slow boring fighters? Fact is more divisions are created to make orgs more money. See every super and junior division, many only a few lbs apart.
