He has likely been banned or completely shamed away. His posts from past several days are mostly deleted and if he was capable of responding to our posts in here, he would be addressing each and everyone. I don't think he was ever offline.

That's hilarious, all the stuff I've seen around here it has to be hard to be banned on these forums. I wander what he could have possibly said. His constant insults and condescending tone to people who were even being polite was most tiresome though. I was very much indifferent to him and even tried to help him at the start of this thread, but he just went nuts. And I certainly didn't appreciate his weird pms or attempts at using my name to justify his arguments.

It was good fun, exposing his contradictions and flawed arguments. Despite his attempts at trying to protray me as going "off the deep end", I was actually having a good time with it, boredom killer at work.

That would have been a real winner. He couldn't even make up his mind on what an "era" was. I tried and tried to get him to commit to some sort of breakdown of years or critera, but he absolutely refused.

This whole opening argument was such rubbish, no wander he tried to worm out of it, how can a single fighter's entire career guage an era?

 I wander if he'll come back with a new ALT or stuck reading this as a guest.

"This Era of heavyweights stinks" is a more slippery subject than would be know-it-alls think because that criticism has constantly been around for the past century. The older eras are not scrutinized as closely as they should be while the contemporary fighters are extremely scrutinized.

Nobody has opined that any heavyweight division in the future is going to be better. So it's going to disintegrate to the point where an intrepid keyboard warrior can waddle into a boxing ring and win the heavyweight championship from an "unskilled" fighter.

For my money, there have been several previous eras that were far worse than the current one.

Because we have weak champs like the Klitschkos - who would be fringe contenders in any competitive era - and weak competition. That explains it all

I found the beatdown you dished out rather entertaining. I must say that I admire your patience.
