    Jack has vacated, and he said that it was part of the deal when fighting Cleverly. Don't know what was behind it, but it seems like Cleverly actually had to fight Bivol next, and it was the only way the WBA would agree.
    That also explains the reports that Bivol was elevated to full WBA champ and the Breadbin fight is actually a defence instead of a fight for the vacant belt.
