I read the same story 10 hours ago.

In the last few hours there are new quotes from Arum on a major site and Steve Kim commented that Dallas is a possibility again.

    Dog house ****ing sucks.

Can't wait until this is finalized in the coming weeks, it will shut up all the ADD message board fans that jump on the slightest nonsense. I can't even imagine what it would be like if the fight had been put on hold until September.

    Here's the article:

"According to a recent report by David Mayo of the Grand Rapids Press, Bob Arum is excusing himself from Floyd Mayweather Jr vs. Manny Pacquiao fight negotiations. Mayweather vs Pacquiao will not be happening at the Dallas Cowboy Stadium, and Mayweather Jr's side pulling out at the last minute of negotiations for a fight at the Texas based Stadium seems to have left Arum angry.

Arum is turning over the negotiations to Todd duBoef, who is the president of Arum's Promotional company Top
Rank, as well as Arum's stepson.
So Arum's company is still handling their side of the negotiations, but will do so without Arum leading the charge.

Plans are for Mayweather Jr and Pacquiao to face one another on March 13th of 2010.
The only thing that stands in the way of making the fight official is a final choice of venue for the event. At this time is looks like the MGM Grand in las Vegas is the clear front runner
    .

For much more on Floyd Mayweather Jr, as well as Manny Pacquiao, visit the homepage now here at DoghouseBoxing.com."

like im supposed to believe that the biggest boxing match in recent HISTORY isnt going to happen when both fighters have already agreed to the terms, because they cant agree to a venue. right.

Manny Pacquiao has signed a contract to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. in boxing's biggest fight on March 13, a source with knowledge of the meeting told ESPN.com on Friday night.

well im a big sports fan and i know if it ain't official it doesn't make ESPN news na mean. And arum only said that pac didn't sign a contract when he was in the philippines. That was what 1-2 weeks ago? ESPN is reporting that pac has signed the contract.

How the hell are so many of you guys getting riled up? You should know that all this public talk and tug of war means that the fight will happen, that it's all posturing for negotiations.
