Paulie really has no business at 147. But, he will fight anyone. I would be surprised if this fight actually came off but not shocked.

yeah the "news" looks pretty BS at this point.

well outside of Mosley, Mayweather and Pacquiao not too many elite Welter's out their for Berto to face

and last I read on Collazo is he'll probably fight Aydin in a March fight for the Interim WBC Welterweight title.

well agreed, Berto could fight Zab Judah a name, but it probably wouldn't be worth the effort

heck at this point with Cotto looking to fight Foreman, Mayweather-Mosley (in heavy talks), Clottey-Pacquiao

why not Hatton-Berto? Ricky's talking about coming back at Welter and has stated he 1. wants to fight pound for pounder or 2. go for a title, and if JMM (a top 10 pound for pounder) doesn't bite

Andre Berto is probably the biggest available title fight for Hatton to take at Welterweight.

Because hatton actually wants to win his comeback fight. Berto would bruise hatton up badly. Terrible move..even if there is only one Ricky Hatton!

Is it me or is Berto fighting Hattons leftovers and trying to pass them off as legitimate challenges? (Collazo, Urango, Malignaggi) even if thats bad enough hes the WW champ and two of them are LWW's

Hmm, a couple of interesting fights. They're worth watching in my opinion.
