There are urine tests for everything that there are blood tests for, except for HGH. WADA has had a single positive HGH blood test in its history. It's fairly safe to assume the blood test isn't too effective, either, and they're at work on a urine test for it as we speak.

In Manny's particular case, it's also fairly safe to assume that he's not taking HGH. The benefits of HGH to athletes are - muscle gains (of which he's had minimal) and burning of fat (of which he's done the opposite).
