Scorecards don't always tell the entire story, and his victory was not in the manner most anticipated it would be.

I think adamek would have a very good chance vs vitali. Vs wlad he has none.

Adamek isnt a puncher and the size difference was huge (Grant is even visibly bigger than Wlad and Vitali). When you watch Adamek fights you know that he first want to box the opponent and win a decision. If he scores a KO, he scores it, but its not a plan to win by a KO. So if you think about this fight as Adamek clearly outboxed and outjabbed much bigger fighter, even if Adamek was seriously hurt in one round its still a good win. IMO it was a very good tactic fight by Grant who knew that Adamek's plan is to put the pressure and attack him, so he may counter Adamek. Grant knew that if he had rushed Adamek, the Pole would probably have survived and put him down, when he is tired. So he was waiting for 1 big punch all the fight.

Does this win say that Adamek beats Wlad? Not, but it says that Adamek can box against much bigger and fighters too. But if Adamek boxes the same against Wlad as he did against Grant, he would lose, becasue Wladimir is much busier and faster than Grant. I believe that Adamek is still developing and learning how to fight big guys.

edit: Adamek was supposed to destroy Estrada and when he won in a close fight, many people thought that he was going to be destroyed by Arreola. Yet he beat Cris pretty convincingly.
