When you have loaded gloves, they make you feel that much better about yourself, and therefore you throw more punches because the more you throw the more the loaded gloves come in handy. And as far as granite chin, gloves have nothing to do with granite chin.

Of course loaded gloves can help your stamina. You can relax more when you throw shots. You can ease up and not worry about putting as much into your shots. There's a mental aspect of knowing that the damage will build up. Here's a "little known" fact: being relaxed helps you not get so tired.

That is pretty obvious. Ever boxed? Ever been hit? Being hit takes alot out of you, now ive never been hit with loaded gloves but I'm pretty sure it would take even more out of me. Basically, because you got loaded gloves, your gonna be draining your opponent's confidence in trading with you and your gonna drain their stamina/endurance alot faster. No doubt for a fighter like Margo, great advantage. I mean, who's to say that if Margo didnt have loaded gloves, Cotto wouldnt have been alot fresher down the stretch and just won a UD?

He cheated blatantly, how can anyone defend this guy. And Freddy-Wak, your defense for mexican fighters is disgusting. Supporting your nations fighters is cool but defending a proven cheater is just wrong and you are just because he's mexican.

 

Another great point. This probably explains why Margo's shots look very "heavy handed", cos they actually are, literally. Their not explosive...if your putting all your effort behind a punch you're obviously gonna drain more of your stamina than if you were to throw half hearted punches with the same damage.
