From what I understand, Mayweather and his camp suggested USADA because they are the one's specializing in testing US Olympic athletes.
.....they are the leading edge in testing technology.

Arum is suggesting the NSAC who dont specialize in blood testing.........from what I understand, they've always just used urine samples to test for doping.

Obviously the USADA (Unites States Anit Doping Agency) is better equipped and has much more experience in catching cheats.)

If the Mayweather camp has reason to believe that Pacquiao is doping, why go to anyone other than the best in catching these cheats.

Having the USADA do the testing also obliterates any rumors and accusations that Pacquiao is doping, if he should pass those stringent tests.

Lets be real here, the USADA is alot better qualified than the NSAC to conduct drug testing.

The USDA of whatever the **** they are called are not close to being the leader of drug testing. You watch the Tour de France? The French drug testing agency is the very best in the world and they test blood right after the race and thats what PAC agreed to

The USDA have top notch PED detections but mainly for blood related tests. Nowadays, urine tests give results that are on par with blood tests in regards to everything except HGH and in the case of HGH, it's because the most recent urine method hasn't been approved as of yet...

 

Usdas whatever isnt going to detect **** any better than NSCA. The French anti doping policy are the people to call if they are really "serious" about this.

If you want to check steroids you need to test it pre-training because thats when PAC is going to take it.

If you want to detect EPO you need to do it just right after the fight.

PAC agreed to both.

 

They also test right before the race actually begins........they may even test during the race, as its several stages and several days long.
