i have been pointing out to a lot of senior members not to have their ass too worked up.

i am sure that this is a ploy since lawyers will always argue over contracts but in the end, parties will come to an agreement if there is too much money and legacy at stake. ( i am a lawyer too and this is how most of us make a killing) :yep:yep:yep

people were basically demonizing pac and wanted to burn him in the stake. i think he has been unduly criticized by people who were quick to judge without the benefit of first hand information. instead merely relying on hearsay and rumors.

and man, would you really trust arum or gbp with your soul? :-(

I agree that what we saw here is probably how negotiations would have taken place in private but they decided to let the media get involve to hype up the fight. Both party will try and get the best deal, what we see is just the pulling and tugging that goes on until both sides recognize the cutting point and agrees. Everyone was taken for a ride, and some including myself started to places blames when in fact it is just part of the business of negotiation as well as marketing.

    GO PAC and Hatton!

Very true... you are right. Pac was unfairly demonized.

Maybe it's too early for us to celebrate. Hatton is yet to accept the contract. Check the latest article in the-ring online.

win or lose, i think pacs legacy will be secure. statistics wise, if you have a winning percentage against fellow HOF and atg, you are up there.

only haters and envious *******s will say otherwise. remember, the saying.

"no statue was erected for a critique". so bye bye to p4pdabest, uliuli and nallege. and a host of other crying ladies.

Happy days. Lets hope this is legit.

Can't blame Pac for trying to screw a bit more out of the fight but I'd have been seriously pissed off if he nixed the fight over a couple of %. I guess Hatton threatening to pull the plug made him realize this was the best deal he was going to get.
