lying - not telling the truth
lying - to be in a horizontal, recumbent, or prostrate position, as on a bed or the ground; recline

From this thread I have derived the following "facts"

EVERYTHING Floyd says or claims to have said is 100% true, all the time. Floyd never lies, EVER

If you disagree with Floyd, you are an idiot and dont know ****. Floyd is RIGHT and you are WRONG

Everything Freddie Roach says is a lie. Roach lies about everything.

If you disagree, you are an idiot and know nothing about boxing

Can anyone here verify for a fact (link) when Mayweather offered Team Pac 14 days? Was it offered during mediation of when Arum was finalizing a fight with Clottey?

I think 14 days is fair. Pac says giving blood affects him for 2-3 days. He should just adjust his training days maybe start earlier to compensate for those few days and make those rest days. I hope they can make this fight later this year.

The mediation ended and Arum announced the fight was off on Jan 7

.....on Jan 8 Mayweather had this statement, here's the link.....http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/10008/1026640-139.stm

Arum on the 7th had insisted that Mayweather would not budge from his demands for blood testing the day before the fight, "we came down to 24 days, but Mayweather does'nt want to budge, he does'nt want to negotiate".....was something along the lines that Arum said.

When on the 8th it was stated to Arum that Mayweather was saying he had proposed 14 days, Arum went on a hissy fit calling Mayweather a liar......

Arum called Mayweather a liar and went as far as to say, "he's wanting to make that proposal now that the fight is off.....

.....shortly after, the mediator made a statement that there was several things that Arum said that were outright lies.....

.....before the mediator could publicly embarass Arum, Arum finally admitted that the 14 days had been on the table.

Caneman, its common knowleadge by now that the Pac side offered 24 days before the fight, but that Mayweather wanted to split the 30 day difference down the middle to 14 days.

Caneman, on the 7th, Mayweather publicly stated, "my offer of 14 days is on still on the table, if they say yes, the fight is on.

......but instead, Arum was on the phone with Jerry Jones working to make the Clottey fight at Dallas stadium happen.

According to Richard Shaefer, the 14 day offer is still on the table.......you tell me why the fights not happening?

Roach has already earnt the reputation of being the most dishonest man in the business - And following the Pacquiao/Mayweather saga, I can safely say that he has without shadow of a doubt usurped Don King in this area.

Exactly, 14 day cut-off was STILL on the table but Team Pacquiao decided to move on. That's all I really care about at this point, whatever is said now is pointless.

The 14 day cutoff was offered before mediation via text on Dec. 30th

    http://sports.yahoo.com/box/news?slug=ki-pacfloydnegotiations010810&prov=yhoo&type=lgns

Schaefer, whose company is representing Mayweather in the talks, said Friday he isn’t sure Pacquiao is aware that Mayweather agreed to cut off testing 14 days before the fight and to have it administered by the Nevada Athletic Commission.

Bruce Binkow, the chief marketing officer of Golden Boy Promotions, on Dec. 30 offered a 14-day cutoff as a compromise via instant message to Top Rank president Todd duBoef, who replied on Dec. 31 that “14 is no good.”
Schaefer said he believes the fight can be salvaged over the weekend and the first step is making certain that Pacquiao is aware of Mayweather’s 14-day offer. “There are reports [on the Internet] that Manny is not aware of this and we want to make certain that he knows what Floyd has agreed to do,” Schaefer said.

However, Koncz said he was informed of the offer by promoter Bob Arum and that he brought it directly to Pacquiao, who would not even consider it. Koncz said Pacquiao was very firm in his decision.
“Bob called and told us about the 14 days and I brought that to Manny and he said, ‘I told you, we’re not agreeing to that,’ and that was pretty much it,” Koncz said.
