I guess 50c is trying to eliminate the involvement of Al Haymon
    and Bob Arum here.

but my question is, would it be succesful?

50 is part of the team. He mentions it in 24/7 Cotto Mayweather.

Later in the article it says it has 0 truth...

The numbers favor a 59/41 split in favor of Floyd.

    Floyd Mayweather PPVs

vs Oscar De La Hoya (2,400,000 buys - est. revenue $138,000,000)
vs Ricky Hatton (920,000 buys - est. revenue $46,000,000)
vs Juan Manuel Marquez (1,050,000 buys - est. revenue $52,500,000)
vs Shane Mosley (1,400,000 buys - est. revenue $78,000,000)
vs Victor Ortiz (1,250,000 buys - est. revenue $78,400,000)
vs Miguel Cotto (1,500,000 buys - est. revenue $94,000,000)

    Total buys = 8,520,000
    Average buys = 1,420,000

    Total est. revenue = $486,000,000
    Average est. revenue = $81,150,000

    Manny Pacquiao PPVs

vs Oscar De La Hoya (1,250,000 buys - est. revenue $71,000,000)
vs Ricky Hatton (850,000 buys - est. revenue $42,500,000)
vs Miguel Cotto (1,250,000 buys - est. revenue $72,500,000)
vs Joshua Clottey (700,000 buys - est. revenue $35,000,000)
vs Antonio Margarito (1,150,000 buys - est. revenue $57,500,000)
vs Shane Mosley (1,340,000 buys - est. revenue $73,000,000)
vs Juan Manuel Marquez (1,450,000 buys - est. revenue $74,000,000)
vs Timothy Bradley (700,000 buys - est. revenue $35,000,000)

    Total buys = 8,690,000
    Average buys = 1,086,250

    Total est. revenue = $460,500,000
    Average est. revenue = $57,562,500

$81,150,000 (Floyd's average est. revenue) + $57,562,500(Manny's average est. revenue) = $138,712,500(Combined average est. revenue)

    81,150,000/138,712,500= 0.585
    57,562,500/138,712,500= 0.414

Pac is too foregone he will be embarrassed at this point. In that way I don't wish for the fight to happen anymore. The luster is gone, but of course I'd rather the fight happen than not. Maybe Floyd can produce a last bit of fire from Pac.

With Manny probably losing (or getting a gift again) his next fight with Marquez, I don't think they'll negotiate this yet.

Well from what dude posted we dont have to worry about the marquez fight if they can rwach an agreement. Why not agree to 40/40 winner takes the rest. Both will still make more money than ever. Its crazy that this come down to money. I was watchin a cus and ali interviea from the 70s and you can really see thr pride ali took in fighting the best an how offended he got when he was compared to joe louis. He didnt bring up how much more money blah blah he argued about his fists. Crazy how much things have changes. Thats probably why fighters arent half as good as they were. Its not about pride its about money a real shame
