It is true. Pacquiao rehydrates to what a JWW or some lightweights would.
He is fighting as an undersized welterweight, no doubt.

The use of the smilies does not substitute substantial and logical arguments.... try as hard as you want.. but you only further prove your own ignorance on this forum.

Why don't other legitimate Welters weigh in at 144?... if they could retain so much speed by doing so?

Most welters weigh around 160 on fight night... Pac barely can get to 150... how can't you understand this?

If he easily could weigh-in at the limit without it having a negative effect, why wouldn't he? Why fight as an undersized welter when you can fight as a full-fledged one?

Truth is he has maxxed out where he is, like Marquez at lightweight. Any more weight and he becomes bloated and that effects his speed, movement. Hell he complained about how he felt sluggish weighing 145 and a bit for Clottey fight.

Fact: Pac chooses to weigh in at 145 rather than 147 to retain speed, what part of this can't you understand you dumb *******

lol, do you hear what you're saying? "To retain speed"..meaning if he weighs more he will lose speed=negative effect.
