Those people would be stupid. You can't be a champion without PED anymore because in a sample size of several thousand pro boxers there will be someone slightly less gifted(they're all gifted at the top level)who takes PEDs and works just as hard( or probably even harder, peds let you train harder and still recover) and that guy will beat the clean one, forcing the clean guy to either get with the program and do whatever he needs to win or just get to terms with not being the champ. And people who would get to terms with and just accept not being the best usually don't have the mentality to get to the top in the first place.
