    Hard to pick? Oquendo hasn't fought in almost three years, and Ortiz is the president of the Heavyweight "Who needs him?" club: he is maximum risk for minimum financial return. Even this drug-free version of Luis Ortiz would have no trouble in dominating and stopping Fres Oquendo.
