    Joshua does have a distended stomach, that is why everyone points out he has a HGH gut, it is undeniable.

    His bloated stomach is the result of visceral growth of his internal organs from using HGH.

    Everyone else who is being honest does. If you want to pretend it is not there then fine, but it is getting worse, and I already think it is past the point of being denied.

    Look at pictures of Joshua topless from five years ago, and compare his stomach from back then and now. He had a normal narrow waistline as you would expect from a athlete like Joshua, now it is bloated and disproportionate compared to his chest and sticks out from his chest. That is not normal, and is the result of his internal organs increasing in size from the HGH he is taking.

    It will keep getting worse as long as he keeps taking it, so if you do not find it obvious now you soon will.
