I think this is just being used to hype the fight!

There is no good enough reason to not take the test!

And frankly if Pac has refused (which I am still to confirm) then both fighters should be tested every single day from now untill the fight and for 2 weeks after!

what unfavorable statement did dan rafael exactly say?

ive seen the espn interview and he basically said pac was willing to take the test before and after the fight.. just not hours before fight night or something to that nature..

Yup Pac's a *****. Anyway what kind of a fighter is a man who ask a ***** for some testing since he's fathers whispers that that ***** is inhuman for hurting opponents that's bigger than him rather than biking like his son does?

He does hate floyd but he knows this will be a great fight
and it probaly burnt his soul to actually have to side with floyd and he is just like the true fans of boxing and just want to see the fight and such a silly test would stop pac for entering the ring forced his hand

Mayweather's promoter Richard Schaefer said a Pacquiao promoter told him the Filipino superstar would not agree to a blood test within 30 days of the bout because of his superstition against testing.

Pacquiao and Mayweather have previously submitted, and passed, urine tests for performance-enhancing and illegal drugs supervised by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

Travis Tygart, chief executive of the United States Anti-Doping Agency, said a blood test can allow testers to detect use of energy-boosting synthetic EPO, human growth hormone and "a number of potent performance-enhancers not detectable in urine. . . . With a [30-day] window like that, you could dope to the gills and get away with it.
