Meh. I might catch in recording. Crawford was a much better fight.

I wish he had chosen Crawford. This does not excite me as a boxing fan.

Vargas is too slow, doesn't hit hard enough and frankly has no notable achievements. Crawford would have been a huge fight, and it would have helped Pac prepare for the inevitable return of Mayweather.

    What a shame :(
Considering Pac just schooled the guy who schooled Vargas.
I like Vargas but not expecting much from him...

I will be watching at home. No surprise though. An easy$20 mil for out boxing a guy that Bradley embarrassed and humiliated to the point of obsession for a rematch.

    Vargas by knock out

    Vargas has scary power

He was robbed of a KO win against Bradley

    I'll be buying the PPV

Bob Arum will continue to lose money with this kinda ish...but I think this means only one thing...May vs Pac II. Pac would fight anyone, we know that, but Arum wouldn't put Crawford in there with Pac ( dont believe the smoke and mirrors) cuz it would kill the big rematch instantly as I believe Crawford would win. May vs Pac II would still probably sell half of PPV' s the first one did, which is alot of $$$. just my 2 cents

Nice so Vargas won't be running a 5k, that should make for a good fight at least.

Should have been Crawford, Thurman, or Spence. Pac just whipped Bradley who had just whipped Vargas.

Thurman would be a good match. Dunno if Pac has the legs to chase Crawford around. Spence might be too much at his age and with the time off.

Me too. I want to see the passing of the torch kinda like how DLH passed that PPv torch to Manny and Floyd. No Vargas, Algieri, Berto, or Ortiz type fights. It would of been great to see Manny or Floyd in with Thurman, Brook, Porter, Crawford, hell even Khan or Garcia.
