Exactly. It's basically a parallel of the MR situation only this time stateside and with a proper big hitter in the form of Arum.

the thing that surprises me is they talk like future plans are solid, "in a year we will take the rematch". there is such a thing as upsets, Wilder has looked very vulnerable a few times. If one of them takes a loss they are looking at losing millions as opposed to what they would have got for these fights.

I guess AJ is the only one who would get away with this as he could fight anyone and make cash fighting 10 bums, but Wilder and Fury need the big money fights. Who cares if Tyson takes on some fringe contender? they need to make these big fights now, its an absolute joke they are not happening.

The division needs to be kept alive and build on the momentum of the Wilder v Fury fight, but all that will happen no is the it will go off the boil again. so frustrating to watch. Fury probably doesn't care, maybe he wants to do a Robin Hood and take easy fights, donating his purses to charity....

As a boxing fan I don’t know how anyone can be happy or defend this. It’s ridiculous.

Last line is untrue. I actually said the opposite a better Fury causes Wilder a lot more problems but now I’ll go on record and say I think Wilders power definitely had some bearing on the decision to withdraw.

The mind gymnastics to give Fury a pass is Comedy Gold.

Wilder is not a great draw in the US..................but some fools really believe Fury is taking the US by storm, now that is a good laugh.........if you ask anybody off the street in the US who Fury is they probably think you are talking about that garbage movie Fury Pitt did a few years ago.

BTW, Bob Arum is almost worse than Don King.

Another trivia because I never get a answer...........who made more money, Floyd Mayweather on his own or Manny Pac when he was with Arum and Pac was 10 times more marketable than soft touch Fury...................now some utter fools believe Fury is making 80 mil.....yeah and a new sucker is born every day.

Conclusion : that 12th round hit from a, according to this board, total bum Wilder, has Fury so shook up that he aint fancying his chances against that Fraud Wilder, again, according to Forum gospel, anytime soon or possible never.

If this is the case, Scissors, we can say the same next time Joshua does not defend against either Wilder or Fury. As a boxing fan.

Absolutely not the same situation at all.

If Joshua fought Fury or Wilder, and then decided to pull out of a rematch at the whim of his promoter, then that would be the same.

I’ve criticised him for not taking the wilder fight! Him and wilder pissed about and were greedy. Tyson has just withdrew from purse bids. No excuses. They’re all a disgrace. Simple as.

Arum and Warren involved. Sounds like a disaster to me.

It's quite amusing that out of the big 3's next fights, AJ-Miller is probably going to actually be the best of the bunch
