Rivas isn't and has never been top 10.

    Whyte has 1 - Parker
    Martin has 1 - Glazkov

If Andy Ruiz beats AJ in the rematch, then its inevitable that Wilder's next fight after the pathetic Ortiz rematch will be Andy Ruiz Jr.

If Whytes B sample is positive he won't get a pass.

I will repeat. He failed a UKAD test, That test stands alone from any other test. The B Sample will be tested and if he fails that and has a potential appeal rejected, he will be banned.

The panel was to establish if he could fight at the weekend and was not assessing any potential punishment in the future - including VADA at that stage was best practice. The decision to let him fight is all down to the BBBoC's protocol - something you keep ignoring because either A. You don't understand or B. You are choosing to ignore because it totally dissolves your hope that panel's decision will have any bearing on any future decision.

It will have no bearing, and VADA will play no part in the punishment set down. That will be between UKAD and the BBBoC. Fail A & B, lose appeal = a ban.

On a final note you posted a video yesterday of Hearn talking about this panel and Whyte's future but you failed to notice his real message, which was hidden between the lines. He kept saying 'Dillian has a fight on his hands to clear his name.... it's going to be hard for Dillian'... etc. etc. He never said 'we'. Meanwhile he's signed another HW.....

You've shut down nothing..... apart from the logical part of your brain, it seems

You won’t speculate on credible reports that neither Whyte nor his promoter have denied in their public statements yet you want to speculate and throw shade at Wilder.

    Smfh.

We can all speculate on why Whyte needs a lawyer. Or why he had a hearing with UKAD. Or why someone would think an already proven and admitted drug cheat would do so again.

Actually it is you who doesn't understand protocol, as it is the BBBoC who follows UKAD protocol, and not the other way round. And UKAD had a hearing, asked for the "Meaningless" VADA reports just because they were bored, and needed paper to light up some Marijuana and stick it to VADA and then they said Whyte you are free to go, this VADA paper was very helpful.

VADA have a lot of bearing on Whyte's situation because it was a WBC sanctioned fight, and VADA report directly to WBC to notify of any fighters who are clean or not, so if WBC think of banning Whyte from any future WBC bouts better think again because you sent the VADA guys, he got tested regularly, and nothing showed up, WBC swear by VADA.

Pfahahahaha, Hearn meant about Whyte clearing his name in the media, and restoring faith in his image and reputation you dumb dumb dumb human being.

Jesus... read between the lines? You can't even read the lines properly. Thank god for my education, it's come in handy.

Okay so now you admit they follow the protocol I outlined. I'll accept that progress happily. Let's see if your understanding can go up a notch. VADA's input at the pre-fight meeting makes sense. They has also tested Whyte and you would, of course, ask them at that stage for their observations.

It's going forward that VADA will play no part, because the failed test did not involve them. They can report what they like to whom they like but it will not change the science. PEDs were found by UKAD as determined by the A Sample and if the B Sample is also positive and Whyte either fails in his appeal, or decides not to, he will be banned and VADA will play no part in that process. Ergo, they would be 'meaningless'.

You have placed a lot of emphasis on VADA in your desperate attempt to find a way out of all this. But just because you want to believe they can intervene in any UKAD decision doesn't make it so. The WBC may well 'swear by' VADA, but again... not relevant if the BBBoC ban Whyte, unless, of course, he seeks a license from another country.

Let's assume this is the case. Well it doesn't seem the WBC is a big fan of Whyte as they kept him ranked No1 for 600 days but never made him mandatory. So in your alternate reality you imagine Whyte, banned in the UK but with a license from elsewhere would get within a million miles of a world title fight you are even more delusional than I thought. Without a UK license, Hearn wouldn't promote him and he'd have no Sky backing either.

So back in the real world. The future of Whyte rests in the hands of the body who tested him and found traces of PEDs - namely UKAD alongside the BBBoC which will result in whatever sanction they see fit. And no one else will have any input at all. Which is why Hearn is preparing the ground for PW.... post-Whyte....

You make a big deal of your education. I think that's four times you've mentioned it to me over the past few days. It kinda makes you sound insecure.

And UKAD doesn't follow WADA Code on the handling of notifications of adverse findings. NOTHING ELSE MATTERS. They allowed a suspect athlete to fight, PERIOD. UKAD has been warned by WADA or they will be replaced.

Do you need a ban Aydamn? Seriously, or go back to bscene where you belong.

'At that meeting, Pound said: “The point I hope to raise if given the chance is to say the Olympic movement stakeholders and public authorities should get into these NADOs to say this is not what we’re funding you to do.

"We’re funding you to head up anti-doping in your country. You’re not the heirs apparent to WADA. Get on with what you’re supposed to be doing otherwise we’ll find someone else to do it.”'

B FKN SAMPLE TESTING IS MEANINGLESS.

    https://www.espn.com/olympics/news/story?id=6289474

WADA director general David Howman said Monday that doping cheats are getting an easier ride than common criminals because of their right to a second sample.

"People can go to jail on the basis of one bodily sample being collected, and sport really is on its own in collecting two samples," Howman said in an interview during an international sports and Olympic conference in London.

If the B sample comes out positive do you think nothing will happen. To Whyte no suspension no fine because he passed vada?

The b test isn't back and I honestly don't care if he passes or fails. But I honestly think (and could be wrong) that a failed B sample could lead to a suspesnion
