how should u breathe while doing push ups... i have a bad habit of holding my breath, so i cant really do too much when that happens. also, how do u breathe with pull-ups
since they're not that intense, breathing isn't that significant, but you should breathe out when you push up.
Then you aren't doing enough of them. By 100 they should be feeling intense, and then breathing is important. Breath out as you extend your hands, and same principle used when you extend your hand for a punch.
Try to practice on not holding ur breath man thats terrible when u workout but im sure u know it. Just work it my freind.
no, dumbass, that's the whole point; if they were so intense, you wouldn't need to do 100 to be feeling the burn.
Yeah, or u r a weak *****, fat ass who can't do more than 3 pushups without having an asthma attack. :smooch
wtf are you talking about? I said that push ups weren't intense because you needed to do a lot to feel the burn. That implies I am speaking from my perspective which comes from experience. Yes, I'm fat.....5'9, 140 with 6% bodyfat......and if I do push ups in strength training, I do them in sets of 50-75. And Relentless, why do you always have some bull**** sideline comment?
oh, lol....I thought you meant I had it coming for the substance of what I said. Yeah, sorry about calling you a dumbass, chatabox. nitwit......lol :think
