I think it might be and that's sad

When are we going to see wilder finally step up?

    Yes.

    Next best: Washington.

    Edit: Did anyone see Breazeale/Molina?

Here let me rank them for you. IMHO.

    1. Johann Duhaupas
    2. Artur Szpilka
    3. Gerald Washington
    4. Bermane Stiverne
    5. Dominic Breazeale
    6. Chris Arreola
    7. Eric Molina

Now that doesn't mean that no. 5 couldn't beat 1-4.

    Yes.

Breazeale isnt so bad he defeated a very hard puncher in Izu and Mansaur when he was still green. Looking at the stiverne fight it is certainly now safe to assume Breazeale would have knocked out Stiverne around the same time he did Molina which i predicted about rnd 9. What was it 8? Looking at stiveren really i would put money on Mansour and Izu over him too if they fought that him last Saturday.

Breazeale is also the only true power puncher with proven chin that wilder hasnt faced yet..you can ignore that but thats a fact.

No, did not show it in the UK, and last time I checked the full fight is not even on YouTube.

Szpilka has an awful Glass Jaw, Breazeale would shatter it.

Probably, but he's still way more skilled than Breazeale.

    Interesting....

Not one of those would make the top 10 list of active heavyweights during Wilder's career.

Stiverne from the first fight would have beaten Brezeale. Brezeale's slow come forward style would have been bad news for him against Stiverne from several years back.

I think Brezeale would fit in with Duhappas, Scott, and Washington-he's on par with those guys and would win some and lose some against them.

Dominic would be too big and strong for Stiverne to land clean and often enough. Also would be energy drained.

Toss up between him and Duhaupas, I'm confident Dominic would have stopped Helenius couple weeks ago.

Officially, Malik Scott was the best opponent Wilder has faced.
