Who took a dive. I would rate Duhaupas Wilder's best opponent. Would take him to beat Scott anyway.

So Joshua's battered old left overs will be Wilders best opponent to date if they fight.

Things that make you go.. :risas3:

So is Kahn but do you rank him higher than Canelo..

I'd keep Duhaupas at no 1 only because he has a better win but head to head its a pick um...

    .05. Dustin Nichols
    1. Johann Duhaupas
    2. Dominic Breazeale
    3. Gerald Washington
    4. Artur Szpilka
    5. Bermane Stiverne
    6. Chris Arreola
    7. Eric Molina

Forgot about Scott but his is a joke now so he can stay out...

People seem to forget that the ancient Ray Austin was comfortably outboxing Stiverne

IMO Canelo is the more skilled of the two, all Khan has is speed.

Agree with you on Scott, which is why I left him off intentionally.

when some one passes a drug tests... he should already have that type of fighter on his resume in povetkin or ortiz.

if Brazeale is Wilder's best opponent, then that's just sad. For a guy who always says he only wants to fight the best, fighting Brazeale is not that! Stop with the BS. Deontay!

What do you base this on? What makes Breazeale better than anyone else?

At the time Stiverne in their first fight was deemed the best Wilder had faced. But with hindsight it's clear after he won the title Stiverne basically gave up on boxing. He had Rhabdomyolysis in the first fight probably due to and injury he sustained in camp trying overly hard to make a decent weight as it was rumoured prior he was in horrible shape and in the rematch was inactive, massively overweight and looked beyond shot.

I think Duhaupas was Wilder's best opponent. He was unknown and overlooked at the time but is a solid heavyweight. Lacks power and speed but is solid fundamentally, durable and persistent. He beat Helenius more impressively than Whyte and he did take Wilder 11 rounds.

Breazeale I think could be another tough fight for Wilder. I think he maybe a little worse than Duhaupas. He isn't half as good fundamentally but he has a good chin, decent power and a ton of heart. He'll look to test Wilder and if Wilder trades with him he could be in trouble as we saw in the Ugonoh fight, even when hurt Breazeale is dangerous.

Good analysis right there. These two have some history and Breazeale will at least attempt to win the fight and given his previous, tough out displays against known punchers, I actually give him a reasonable chance against Beoncey 'my resume dumps all over Mike Tysons' Windmiller.

Can imagine the odds being outrageously in Windmillers favour so might be worth a punt. I just hope Breazeale keeps a close eye on his drug test samples as we wouldn't want him pissing hot given what's happened to Windmillers previous best match ups.

to be honest the division none of the top guys have fought each other except AJ vs Wlad. It’s just a poor division in terms of good match ups.
