Dominic Breazeal's two best wins were over the fighters who didn't look good since then - 43 y.o. Amir Mansour and Izu Ugonoh.

Against Mansour Breazeale was knocked down hard and lost every single round of every judges' card. He was trailing 44-50 on the official cards before the fight was stopped due to Mansours injury in the mouth. Mansour went 1-2 qith 1 NC after that fight with a MD win over Travis Kauffman and early stoppage losses against young prospects Filip Hrgovic and Efe Ajagba.

Against Ugonoh Breazeale was also on the verge of defeat being knockd down really hard in round 4. Of course, he got up and showed a heart and toughness stopping tired Izu in the very next round, but, like with Mansour, he was losing the fight on all three cards 36-38.

Yeasterday Ugonoh was completely dominated in KO'ed (anthough the last punch was thrown when he was down) by Lukasz Rozanski in 4 rounds.

I think Dominic Breazeale was a borderline top-20 HW coming into the fight with Deontay Wilder and clearly far away from top-10 where he never belonged to.

It doesn't really matter one way or another cause Wilder knocked him out in one round

Well, at least Wilder treated him like that, did what he was supposed to do and got rid of him in 1 in terrifying fashion. And didn't pussyfoot and toy with him for 7 rounds, terrified of getting his glass jaw shattered like AJ did.

Breazeale is garbage. He's a footballer who thought he could be a factor in this woeful era because he possessed the 2 main ingredients you need to be able to compete in it: Size and a nonexistent skill set. Izu would've sparked him out cold if he didn't have such shitty stamina and a low ring IQ.

You wanna know how poor this current era is? So poor that the division is in the process of being completely taken over by fatties and walking blobs. Let that sink in.

Ruiz>> the #1 ranked three-belt unified king AJ
Fury>> the #2 ranked WBC champ Bum Squad (40% Fury at that)
    Kownacki>>Martin>> Szpilka>>Washington
    Rozanski>>Izu

With the exception of Rozanski who looks like he took up boxing a fortnight ago, the reason all these Adonises lost is because all the fatties, unlike them, actually posses some skills and didn't take up the sport late.

And if Gorman beats Dubois and Ali Eren Demirezen beats Ajagba that'll be 2 more body beautiful Adonises sent down to the scrap heap by jelly bellies.

This hits Breazeale's resume badly and also makes AJ win over him look more pedestrian.

Yes, but Wilder fought only 3 top 10 heavyweights - Fury, Ortiz and Stieverne (in the first fight). He was completely outclassed by 60% version of Tyson Fury, struggled badly against 39 y.o. Luis Ortiz and couldn't stop Stiverne when Bermane was in shape.

Wilder's real record against top 10 heavyweights is 2-1 (1 KO)

Boxing is a fat man's sport!
Just wait until Loma gets fat and runs through 140-175 rocking a big gut.

Breazeale's resume took another huge hit last night, when 39 y.o. light heavyweight Brian Howard knocked out Carlos Negron cold in one round. In his previosus fight Negron gave hell to Breazeale until KO in the ninth round.

Not among his top 5 wins in his 22 winning fights (Wlad, Povetkin, Parker, Whyte and Takam were better).

But Breazeale is clearly among Wilder's best wins in his 41 winning fights - #3 after Ortiz and Stieverne I

I've always thought Breazeale looked poor, though I respect in-ring achievements, and despite struggling against some borderline guys like Izu and Amir he still managed to gut out the wins, so fair play to him there. But he never won easy against anyone that wasn't a pudding, and several times got through fights by the skin of his teeth. It was clearly only a matter of time before his true level was found out.

Joshua flattered him by toying with him for seven rounds, but he was never in that fight at any stage, and against Wilder who showed him no respect he went down incredibly easily.

For my money he's around the same level as Gerald Washington (I know I keep saying this, but it bears repeating) but has had the fortune to be matched up more favourably to his style. He gets beaten by the likes of Joyce, Kownacki, Miller, Whyte, Parker, Jennings, Rivas (possibility of an upset there), Kabayel, Hunter, Pulev, Takam and Chisora IMO. He fights any of those guys any time soon and his stock takes a plummet.
