Breazeale vs Miller Who would win ?

I don't rate Miller at all and think Brezeale has shown he has the heart.

That could really be enough to win this fight, because they're both poor to be honest. Crazy that one of them is America's second best HW

But I do rate Brezeale slightly higher, myself

 

I rate Miller solidly better, mainly because he beat Washington, who i would also give the edge over Dom. I agree Miller is a tier below the top guys, but is probably firmly at 7 or 8, while Dom is a true fringe top ten to fifteen guy

 

I dunno, but that's a solid fat man fight.

 

Yeah, I agree with those exact fighters being above him, although technically I have him at 7 now because I'm just not comfortable ranking Fury in the top ten yet based on his last performance. But realistically I'll probably put him at #3 as soon as he beats Pianeta, unless he looks horrible.

 

Tough one to call. Both are flawed, both are lower level top 10 at best. Both like to come forward, so can Miller take the harder punching Breazeale's shots and keep coming forward and out work him to a decision?

We know Breazeale has a good chin and heart, I doubt Miller has the power to stop him. Breazeale is cruder and can easily be out boxed, even Fred Kassi was able to out box him but Miller isn't go to dance and score points, he's going to try and walk Breazeale down which plays into Breazeale's strengths.

Not sure who wins, while the styles clash may favour Breazeale, how they both performed vs Kassi suggests Miller is better.

 

Breazeale can't take a punch, Miller would stop him.

 

How do you think Dom fares against Washington, Bomber? I hate to call any win flukish, but I feel like if you take away the one weird punch he landed on Mansour, Dom did alot worse against him than Washington did. And I just can't see Dom out boxing Wilder for most of a fight like Washington did.

 

Miller looks more durable and difficult to hit and holds similar power.

I used to think that win was flukish too but then someone here made me change my mind about that. It wasn't just a cut in Mansours mouth Breazeale broke his jaw. So while a win via injury like that isn't always conclusive as a clean win Breazeale showed he has serious power and then he did something very similar vs Ugonoh, you come from behind once it could be a fluke, you do it twice then it suggest there's something more to it than that.

As for Washington vs Mansour wasn't that regarded as a robbery? I think it was Adelaide Byrd who was the only one to score it for Washington and we all know she's terrible if not corrupt. I think Breazeale's come from behind win over Mansour is more impressive than the robbery draw Washington got over Mansour.

As to who would win between Breazeale and Washington. I think Breazeale walks him down and stops him much like Miller did, though a bit later. Washington isn't a big puncher, he has better fundamentals than Breazeale but I can't see him having the power or skills to keep Breazeale off him for long enough to win a decision.

 

Breazeale can't take a punch? WTF, he's been stopped once against one of the hardest punchers in the division and even then had to be gradually broken down.

If Breazeale can't take a punch the guy in your avi is china chinned too, because apparently being stopped once by a huge puncher is enough to relegate you to David Price territory based on your criteria.
