I would like to see this fight actually, it holds more interest to me then a Khan-Judah fight or Khan-Ortiz fight does right now. This would be a good tune up fight for the winner of Bradley-Alexander.

You could tell from the post fight interview that the criticism and loss really stung and on Saturday his pride and heart was almost his undoing as he was so desperate to prove he could take a shot. Get the victory against Prescott and Khan can finally move on from that chapter of his career.

And I think all the British fans know that Khan's popularity within the UK has not been the same since that fight, if he beat Prescott it would take him back to the level he was at before that fight.

    :lol::rofl:patsch

    You post this when:

    A. Khan needed a crooked referee to not be counted out by Willie freaking Limond

    and

    B. Kahn could not even last 1 minute with Predcott

And you are criticizing other fighters? Seriously? :rofl:rofl

There is a difference which you choose to ignore. When McCall fought Lewis it was for HW title, when Rahman fought Lewis it was for HW title.

When Khan fought Prescott both were 'green' contenders and not world not champions. After the brutal KO, Khan was written off completely. And one of them is not even a contender...Prescott. Had Prescott been winning I'm sure there would be a rematch.

Would you like to see a rematch between Pacquiao and Torrecampo ?

You can laugh at nuthuggers, but it appears that you sir, are a hater.

Has Prescott not lost twice to fringe level boxers, at lightweight since his win over Khan?

Has Khan not beaten three contenders, including the most dangerous puncher, at light welterwight since his defeat to Prescott?

Do you see a corellation there? Prescott is a good hitter, who has been exposed time and time again at anything near world level.

Khan is a world class fighter, who has recovered from embarrasing defeat to move up in weight and establish himself against the odds.

Amir Khan would box circles around Prescott in my opinion, and I can live with it if the fight does not happen.

Four words, and they might hurt you, your many fellow anti-Khanists and the rare Prescott loverboy:

    Bigger. Fish. To. Fry.

Prescott is 5' 11, so you can't quite discount that in his 2 consecutive loses at that weight could be do to been weight drained....and of course, Khan likes to stand in and trade more then he should....so again....styles. Now I think Khan will box the **** out of him, but like with Maidana....I think we could see a few interesting moments.

If Khan doesn't rematch him, the lasting impression will be that Khan has issues with seeing him on the other side of the ring. Prescott hasn't faded from the consciousness of the boxing public entirely, and as a guy who's pretty neutral on the love/hate scale of Amir Khan, it strikes me as pretty strange that Khan is trying to claim redemption from the Prescott loss by fighting Maidana. He needs to fight Prescott if he really wants to put it behind him.

Prescott can come back with his request when he's boxed his way into contention.

    Onwards and upwards.

Styles make fights? Mitchell took Prescott to school with his boxing skills. Yes, Kevin Mitchell's boxing skills. People came out post-fighter remarking about how good a boxer he was, that's how good Prescott made him look. And he barely tasted Prescott's power.

Prescott doesn't hit as hard as Maidana, he's not as skilled as Maidana, he's not on Maidana's level and he got completely outclassed by a boxer with far less technical skills and ring smart than Khan.

Waste of time. Prescott should shut the **** up and earn his shot by beating somebody else worth a damn.

Plus it's unfinished business. I'm sorry but my man pride wouldn't allow me to NOT avenge this defeat.
