97-92 score for Prescott on one card against Vasquez....could of also gone Breidis's way, depending on what you like.

Also, you say Khan is better at 140....so you can't discount that maybe Prescott having to make 135 for that Mitchell bout took away from him.....all it takes is one shot in boxing...and if you got more energy to throw those bombs....you might land one.....and as for Maidana vs Prescott power wise.....there was a major difference in what happened when Maidana hit Khan....and Prescott did...it's just a fact.....sure factors could of played into it....but if thats that case, then you have to admit that factors could or played into Prescotts performance against Mitchell.....Khan outbox's Breidis till the end of time....but one well placed shot can change any fight. A Prescott rematch remains interesting.....especially after what happened to Khan when he was dominating Marcos Maidana.

    Are you being serious here?

Against Prescott, Khan was hurt and decided to let his hands go instead of covering up and moving like he did against Maidana.

He was smarter this time and that comes with experience and good coaching.

Very true. I hope Prescott gets a WBA eliminator because it'll be a top 20 opponent, he'll have the opportunity of a life-time and he'll get schooled once more and then be back to crying about how it's not fair that he hasn't got the rematch.

No idiot, when Maidana landed his punch, it wobbled Khan thus giving him time to be smart recover and run around

Against Prescott, when he got hit, he went down like a sack of potatos

    See the difference numnuts?

The KON-man knows he'd get starched again, that's why he's avoiding Prescott.

What's sad is to see all the boxing fans that have bought into this con game. Khan is a KO waiting to happen again, nothing more. Don't be fooled by the hype boxing fans!

First off, it's Kevin Mitchell. What do you mean 'there's a major difference between Prescott hitting Khan and Maidana hitting him'. Seriously, are you really trying to argue that Prescott is the harder puncher of the two? Are you going to argue that Willie Limond hits harder than Maidana? After all, he did what Maidana couldn't do and drop Khan. So did Michael Gomez, is he a harder puncher too?

It was said on here after the Prescott fight by somebody 'Khan took power punches square on the chin, that's not a bad chin, that's a bad defence'. That much is true. Khan's chin has evidently improved at 140, but so has his ability to weather a punch in all departments. And that includes rolling them better and taking them higher up on the head. The chances of Prescott landing those sorts of punches on Khan in a rematch are slim to none.

You mean if you like the punches that miss, you score it for Prescott? :?

The only reason I would want a Khan-Prescott rematch is so you go 0-6 in predicting Khan's last 6 fights. Stick to Arkansas tomato can boxing Zak, leave the people with even an ounce of knowledge to discuss the real fight game. ;)

Nah, Prescott might shake him up...but he won't be KO'd again....still it would be a interesting bout to take place, event wise. Bradley wont ko him, and Alexander can't.....maybe Zab....depends on what Zab shows up....I believe Judah would get cut up and maybe stopped....al depends on the game plan Zab comes in there with.

You're letting your hatred for Khan cloud your brain...either that, or you don't know boxing. Prescott got lucky against Khan. If it wasn't luck, then he wouldn't have lost two fights against absolute nobodies since beating Khan.

Good lord. Have you seen the fight? Prescott wobbled Khan with a left hook to begin with. Instead of circling, moving and covering up like he did against Maidana, he started to let his hands go again just as Prescott loaded up another big left-hook and right hand and therefore was wide open for both punches.

Khan had time to be smart against Prescott. He didn't. The same thing happened against a bigger puncher and far superior fighter and he survived the round by being smart. His improvements as a fighter since then are remarkable and clear for all to see.

I watched the bout....I scored it very close for Vasquez...but there were a lot of close rounds and with Prescott scoring a KD in the first, and if I just score one more round for Prescott...then he takes it.///it being a draw or a close win for Breidis would been fine in my book.....Miguel Vasquez is actually an impressive young champion.
