Both are ranked in the top 35 Rogers is 7-0 and best opponent beaten by both fighters is probably James Thompson. Who would win and why? Both are ranked by Top Gun MMA. Also there is a funny article on there with Shaw and White arguing about wether or not Kimbo could beat BJ Penn.

I personally would have to favor Rogers but Kimbo could still improve his ground game.

Sure, I think most would pick Rogers.

Rogers should fight Bigfoot Silva for the inaugural EliteXC Heavyweight World title fight. Those two appear to be the best HW's in ElitXc, the company needs a HW Champion.

As for Kimbo, he needs to be matched very carefully or he is going to lose. And Shaw is going to see dollars going down the drain.

Im hearing Bigfoot could be matched up with IFL Champ Roy Nelson which isnt too bad I suppose.

I think Kimbo will catch him somewhere - Rogers a pretty big guy however with good power...

Kimbo is embarrassing. I can not wait until he fights an half decent opponent and gets KTFO.

I'd echo that sentiment if you were talking about some seasoned veteran, but Rogers is about as polished as Kimbo is, could be an closeish fight. With a 'friendly' referee I favor Kimbo :yep
