Just saw someone post to Tony Bellew's facebook that last years prizefighter runner up Brett Flournoy has gone missing? Anyone heard anything about this?
I just saw this on another boxing site. Police are seeking help from the public to trace two men who have been missing for more than a week. David Griffiths, from Plymouth and Brett Flournoy from Merseyside were last seen on Thursday, 16 June 2011. Brett is known to have picked David up in the Tamar Bridge car park at around 1900 hours on the 16 June in a white Citroen Bellingo van, registration A10VVR which had “Tile Style” written in brown on both sides. It is thought the men then travelled to Saltash. David told his family that they were going to Newquay and would be picking up a friend in St Austell on the way but they failed to book into the hotel as planned. Officers are concerned for their welfare. David is described as being 5ft 11 in tall, of large build and with shaved ginger hair. Brett is 5ft 9in tall, of slim build and with a shaven head and stubble. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Police on 08452 777 444 quoting log number 359 200611.
