Trout got outboxed through the end of that fight (except for the 12th where Canelo stopped fighting).

The Lara fight was the stylistic clash of the year. And to Alvarez's credit, he's never "brawled" or fought like your atypical Mexican fighter before this fight and that's just what won it for him. Lara only landed 19 more TOTAL punches than Canelo landed POWER shots.

Over 12 rounds, no way in hell is that enough for a win.

    I definitely do score bodyshots.

But they have to land clean which Canelo barely did

Canelo beat both, showing how good Floyd really is dismantling him with such ease.

Lara clearly won a lopsided ud and I had trout winning by a point. Canelo didn't do enough in either fight for someone to say he won.

    Exactly,
If flailing at air was a scoring criteria then Canelo won.

Anywhere from 8-4 Lara to 10-2 Lara is a good scorecard. 7-5 Lara, I'm not sure you understand what your looking at.

Lara won for sure, he made Canelo look like a clumsly slugger for most of the fight. Canelo Trout honestly could have gone either way.

    I agree
I didn't like the way Canelo gassed in the 8th and literally just stayed away and did nothing for 4 rounds.

    Indeed .

Not even a DRAW would have made sense .

The only way you possibly can score the fight is for Lara and Lara only .

Ima Canelo supporter all the way , boxing needs fighters like him .

Exciting and refuses to duck any man .

But even I cant lie to myself , He straight up lost that fight clearly .

    Canelo was outclassed PERIOD

    Yes .

Canelo was too ineffective to win this fight .

Punching out of frustration hittin nothing but air mean while Lara setting up traps hittin him with 1,2s .

    It was a Robbery .
