I'll say this for Seldon, I respect the way in which he's handled his current comeback.
He's worked himself into top condition, keeps himself active, comes to fight and looks for the knockout.
He still had the jab and ringcraft to give Johnson a few things to think about before he succumbed.

I have no problem at all with a veteran like that.

The Tyson debacle will always blight his reputation which is a shame, but that was a long time ago and Seldon is not the unmotivated blob that lost to Nobles and Fields a few years back.

Minto should be favoured but I would not rule Seldon out. If he has a good smart gameplan and trains well, there's an opportunity here. If he can keep Minto on the end of that jab and not trade wildly with him, there's a chance.

This is a significant fight? A skilless, pudgy Minto against Seldon, who was washed up years ago. Who cares who wins this meaningless club fight?

Poor Seldon, he has to go up against an unstoppable beast in Brian Minto.

On one level you're absolutely correct. Seldon has little to offer and Minto isn't world class, but who cares? Maybe it will be a good fight nonetheless. I've seen prelim fighters duke it out and give more effort than some of these superstars!

Seldon could probably KO Minto early, Minto was knocked down and badly hurt by Krasniqi, who isn't exactly a puncher. But most likely Seldon will melt down at some point, his mind is very fragile.

His chin is pretty fragile too, which is a bad combo.

Isn't Minto ranked in the top 10? This is an excellent opportunity for Seldon if he can capitalize on it.

Minto keeps fighting ordinary fighters. When is he gonna face a real contender?

    Great fight for Mighty Minto.

Since all the top dogs are avoiding Minto, he's been methodically knocking the fellow avoided fighters out, one by one.

Ex Champ Seldon will be another victim.

Minto is an ordinary fighter. The guy is a good journeyman, no more. I respect him but he is gonna get beat at the top level.
