Araneta absolutely gave this fight away. It was his to loose, and he made damn sure that he would loose it.

Ah yes. Now Simsri will now hide in Thailand for the rest of his career and milk the title, making a dozen or so defenses against sub par opposition. Truly the Thai tradition.

That’s simsri’s second time winning an upset and another time he won one -118. Good fighter that overcame the odds

    Round 1 Abe 10-9

Oku applying steady pressure, but Abe too nimble on his feet, and is walking him into counters.

Araneta gave that fight away, but I will give credit where credit is due. Simsri stuck to his jab and footwork, and clawed his way to victory.

    Round 1 Abe 10-9
    Round 2 Abe 10-9

Oku landing rights to the head and body at a steady clip, but Abe is still too fast and sharp, outworking him with constant barrage of straight lefts.

    Round 1 Abe 10-9
    Round 2 Abe 10-9
    Round 3 Abe 10-9

Oku's best round, he got to the body with regularity, but Abe's straight left just kept nailing him.

    Round 2 Abe 10-9
    Round 3 Abe 10-9
